Flint Innovative Educator program

What is it?

The Flint Innovative Educator (FIE) program, launched in Fall 2024, aims to recognize educators using Flint to transform their teaching practices.

One of Flint's founding principles is the belief that AI should enable educators to offer radically personalized instruction for each and every student.

All you need to do to apply is write a short description of how you've been using AI to improve your teaching. Submit your application below to share your story with the broader community, and to be recognized as a pioneer in the intersection of artificial intelligence and education.

How to apply to become a FIE

The FIE application is quite simple. Tell us a bit about what grade(s) and subject(s) you teach and write a testimonial of at least 100 words describing the following:

How have you used Flint to improve personalization in your classroom? How have your students used AI to learn more effectively? What can other educators learn from your experiences as they aim to use AI to improve teaching and learning in their schools?

Through reading your testimonial, our team can learn more about how amazing educators like you are leveraging Flint in their practice and share your inspiring story with teachers who are just getting started.

Within five business days of submitting your application, the Flint team will reach out to let you know if you've been selected to be a Flint Innovative Educator! If selected, you'll receive the following certificate (which can be added to your portfolio and/or LinkedIn profile) as well as a badge which can be added to your email signature.

Even if you're not selected this month, you'll be eligible to be selected as a Educator of the Month in following months!
